September 3rd marks the official anniversary of ALTA! Two years ago I jumped into the deep end (in the middle of a pandemic, no less) and starting something completely new and exciting and scary.
A LOT has happened this year! A quick highlight reel of some of the work done includes:
We captured the unique experiences of 1,200 employees at a nation-wide contractor through tailored focus groups and a follow-up survey.
We advised on the strategy establishment and HR reorganization for a market-leading contractor, enabling sustainable growth.
We designed, developed, and implemented three lifecycle surveys to capture employee feedback along the moments that matter for a top US general contractor.
We gathered employee feedback that there was a lack of organizational clarity, and in direct response to that feedback we designed and developed a customized Diversity Maturity Model for a nationwide civil contractor.
I'm really proud of the work we've done this year, and excited about the partnerships we've fostered.
ALTA itself has also seen some incredible growth! I brought on a teammate, Catherine Toney, back in January who has been invaluable, and we're on track to absolutely crush our goals for 2022. I'm humbled by, but simultaneously so proud of, ALTA's successes. When I started ALTA, did I hope for this? Of course I did! But did I expect it? NOT AT ALL!
I'm doing work that I love and that I believe in, and having a great time doing it. I'm so honored to celebrate an anniversary for my consulting business.
