As a third-generation construction professional, I have an intimate knowledge of the unique challenges this industry has faced over the years and what it needs to thrive. With nearly 20 years implementing employee experience programs for two of the largest global contractors, I understand the complexities of unifying the operations perspective and support functions' needs to make your organization succeed.
