As a third-generation construction professional, I have an intimate knowledge of the unique challenges this industry faces, and what it needs to thrive. With nearly 20 years implementing employee experience programs for two of the largest global contractors, I understand the complexities of unifying the operations perspective and support functions' needs to make your organization succeed.
I intertwine honesty and humor into my work, and have an adaptive approach with each of my clients, taking into account unique leadership and talent challenges. This applies to all services, whether in team development programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, or large group facilitated meetings and workshops.
